I am 5ft 9 and 18 im terrified im going to get taller
.My mum is 5ft 7 so im a little taller than her at 174.5cm ish.I am terrified I will grow more, as my sister is 6ft ish.I wish I could shrink to like 5ft 6-7
It makes me feel so self concious and when guys ask me out, I just feel so shy and tend to think they are joking.Howeve I think my sister reached 6ft at my age I really hope I don’t grow anymore.What do you think of a woman being 5ft 9, and do you think I will grow more?

so i’ll be going to university in 3-4 months and as a bodybuilder and someone who’s looking to stay fit while staying there i was wondering if there is a list of healthy snacks i can buy which wont make me gain weight…so basically something healthy to eat, so that i dont need to go to the cafeteria for every meal…thanx in advance
I start Adipex today & my Dr didn’t give me a certain diet plan he just told me I could take it for 30 days & to come back in to be weighed. Also, I have read taking B12 with Adipex helps. Any suggestions??? I am 22, 5’6 150lbs. My goal is to lose 30lbs. I do go to the gym everyday & do 30-45 min on the eliptical & also some weight lifting..

I’m 120 pounds, 16, 5’3 female. Over the years my stmoach has gained so much fat and I’m ready to tone up and lose every unneeded fat.
Today I wanna just eat Spinach, almonds and blueberries. Then tomorrow my normal diet routine would be something lik whole grain cereal with skimmilk, some grilled chicken, spinach, blueberries, other fruits, almonds, etc.
My workout routine – Today 15 minutes jumproping, 20 minutes of other various workouts like situps etc. Thn tomorrow myt normal routine lik 30 minutes jump roping, etc. Does that sound good? And will I see good results in 3 weks?
