I am 41 and was 80Kgs before. After having run on a treadmill for over 3 months now @ 6 to 6.5Kmph I have managed to loose 6 kilos. I am still continuing the cardio exercise but lately I have been noticing that my weight has halted at 74 kgs and I am seeing no signs of weight loss. My major concern is my belly fat and interestingly I am seeing no signs of the belly fat being burnt. My belly has become a bit flabby and soft though. I would like to mention that I have made a considerable improvement to my eating habits.
Am i expecting too much too soon or do I need to add variety to my exercise regimen like weights. stretching etc to get a flat ab?
Please guide.

Is there any stress free procedure to achieve it? If not, what are the stressful solution? What strict diet should I maintain? I’ve read beef nourishes enough protein to increase height but eating beef is forbidden for me, isn’t there any other rich source of nutrition that can aid in increasing my height?
