I am always with my backbone bent while sitting down and walking, while sitting I get backpain because of my posture, what are some stretching exercises that you may know from some website or video(s) that have helped you after trying it for a month or more?
I’ve been trying to lose about 15lbs and get to my goal weight of 130. I’m 5’3″ and weigh 145. I’ve been dieting for about 4 weeks and have only lost 5lbs. I’ve been doing yoga/pilates 2 times a week for about a month. What do I need to do differently to lose weight faster. Bigger people I’ve noticed would have lost this weight by now and I don’t know what else to do! I have a lung and heart disease called pulmonary hypertension, so no diet pills or crazy workouts. Some advice please!
I’m 13, 5’2, 102lb female. I eat 1,100-1,500cals a day.
I workout constantly, ( I get it from my dad who is an ironman) I workout 7 days a week 1-3hrs per time.
Today I:
-Went to the park to play soccer with my bro (we did juggling, passing, 1v1 moves and shooting) so thats burns like 300cals.
- walked my dogs with my mom, 3 and 1/2 miles, 1 hr and 15mins at a fast pace: Burning like 200cals
-swam laps with my dad for an hour-500cals
So I burned like 1,000cals. Am I working out too much? Tomorrow I’m going to Zumba and Wensday I have soccer, Thursday I have 2 soccer practices (3 hrs total), Friday I go to the gym. Am I working out too much?
I’m 16yr old girl, and i need to find a way to lose weight, hopefully before summer. I’m actually trying to target my arms, though losing total body fat is my goal as well. I do run about 30- 40 minutes at least two times a week. but to be honest, running is boring, i’d like to do something fun and productive. I also weigh about 139.
I’ve looked into it a little bit, I know there are some side effects, but I plan to take a supplement that does not contain Ephedra. I use to be totally against taking diet pills, I think of it as cheating, but i have become sorta desperate. I do plan to exercise regularly. I just want some input on what others think. The pill I am leaning towards is Dexatrim Max. Input please?
…My stomach gets so fat for a couple days. Why is that? It makes no sense how I can eat healthy for days and have a flat stomach and as soon as I eat Subway and some granola bars I gain 5lbs.

She is my role model and I would LOVE her body now matter how hard it is!! would long distance running be a good option? she used to be a long distance runner? I LOVE her legs their so thin and gorg! Please help
